Course Description: This course will explore the relationship between sports and our society in which it exists. This course will give students an opportunity to discuss and critically think about the ethics of sports and how sports affects society. This course will also examine the document of Code of Ethics, Rights and Responsibilities, and Standards for Professional Practice and Competent Performance. This component satisfies the 5-hour ethics requirement as mandated by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.

- Design physical activities and sport programs for children of different ages.
