Course Description: This course is a continuation of ESL 265 English as a Second Language, with a focus on refining reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills for non-native English speakers. This course helps students build confidence in their English language skills so that they can effectively express themselves, which will benefit them in the classroom, in life, and in the workforce.
Prerequisites: C or better in ESL 265 English as a Second Language Mode(s) of Instruction: traditional/face-to-face, virtual, and/or online
Credit for Prior Learning: There are no Credit for Prior Learning opportunities for this course.

Common Course Assessment(s): Students will complete a minimum of four (4) major assignments. Each assignment will demonstrate competency in one of the four major areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
