3 Credits Total Lecture Hours: 45 Course Description: This course will cover all aspects of event planning and customer service relating to the restaurant and hospitality fields. Students will engage in a hands-on learning experience of dealing with real-life customers and planning events. They will learn all about the essential key points that an event planner or manager will need to know in order to perform their job at the highest level.
