NET 775 - Help Desk II 1 credits Students will learn to meet the demands of the user support industry. They will become familiar with the tools and technologies that are available in a support environment. They will also learn the processes associated with a help desk or customer service position. Time will be spent investigating the process of asset management, problem resolution tools and the office space in a support environment.
