Course Description: Workplace communications combines (BUS 113 ) Workplace Readinesss introduction to the job search process and skills with a solid understanding of the communication concepts and the skills required to ensure their success on the job. Students focus on communicating clearly, concisely, considerately, and correctly, both orally and in writing. Students demonstrate learned skills through an oral presentation, demonstration of giving, listening, and following directions; using a businesslike manner in person and digitally, both individually and within a group; with coworkers and customers ethically and with integrity.
