Course Description: In this course, students explore proven strategies for success in college and in life. Success Seminar provides exposure to college and cultural activities and helps students develop personal and professional skills, with a particular emphasis on self-management, interdependence, self-awareness, learning and study skills, emotional intelligence, self-acceptance, effective communication, and creative and critical thinking. This course is designed to ensure success in college courses, programs, and activities, while also helping to prepare students for eventual transfer and/or future employment.
