NET 222 - CISCO Routers
3 credits
Routing protocols and routing knowledge is crucial for todays networking professional. This course gives you an opportunity to compare and contrast the performance, overhead, routability, security and integrity issues surrounding todays major LAN/WAN protocols. The student will understand how to install, configure and manage Cisco routers. Students will configure static and dynamic routes, subnet IPv4 and IPv6 networks, addressing schemes and access lists in the classroom network. Students will learn how to configure routers for dynamic routing protocols, Access Control Lists for both IPv4 and IPv6.
