AGA 390 - Introduction to Renewable Resources 3 credits This course will present an overview of soil, water, plants, and animals as renewable natural resources in an ecosystem context. Concepts of integrated resource management, history and organization of resource management will also be introduced. Students will look at alternative systems and tools to help manage the ever-changing world of Agriculture. This class allows students to explore how natural resources and the environment affect their day-to-day life and future within an agricultural operation or career. The skills acquired in this class will be beneficial in any/all types of careers, particularly in agriculture and in other careers that deal directly with natural resources.
