CRJ 132 - Constitutional Law 3 credits This course is designed for students majoring in criminal justice. The course covers arrest, search and seizure, review of court systems, procedures from incident to final disposition, principles of constitutional, federal, state, and civil laws as they apply to and affect members of the criminal justice system. This course will help students refine their critical thinking skills as they evaluate various topics and concepts while searching for underlying connections between the concepts, which is a skill that should be beneficial in criminal justice careers.
