FLS 241 - Intermediate Spanish I 4 credits This course reviews the basic elements of the Spanish language. There is intensive practice in oral and listening comprehension by using different resources in structural manner. Authentic Spanish language texts, films, and videos serve as the basis for the functional study of grammar and the acquisition of a broader vocabulary. Cultural topics are presented throughout the term. This class is for transfer credit. This class will help the student to be prepared for a diverse work force as well.
Prerequisites FLS 142 - Elementary Spanish II or 2 years of high school Spanish or its equivalent.
