HSV 855 - Human Services Field Experience IB 1 credits Human Services Field Experience IB is the second course in a two-part series. The field placement experience is a program of supervised practice in which the students are placed with community human services agencies. The students will have the opportunity to learn through actual participation and observation about client services and programs. The experience provides a chance to apply the classroom learning principle to the field of work and to their future careers. The course is built upon increasing the students’ skills and knowledge as they prepare for their human services careers. The students will be exposed to the application of the human service core values and an appreciation for the quality of life.
