PEA 195 - Essentials Athletic Strength/Cond 3 credits This course will explore the most current research of the scientific principles, concepts and Theories of strength training and conditioning as well as their practical applications to athletic performance. This course is designed to assist students who are interested in coaching or a possible career in strength training and conditioning.
