PEV 102 - Varsity Sports Conditioning 2 1 credits This course includes the conditioning and sport-specific activities and drills performed by student athletes in preparation for varsity sports participation. A variety of conditioning activities are emphasized, such as strength training, stretching, endurance, agility, and balance exercises. Related topics include methods of weight training, flexibility, aerobic exercises, safety, rehabilitation, and nutrition plans in preparation for varsity sports participation. This class is specifically for sophomore students.
