HCM 157 - Food Preparation 2 3 credits This course will be the next level of the preparation of food, such as meat, poultry, fish and shellfish as well as fruit, vegetables and salad. It will cover all cooking techniques and dish preparations. This course is accompanied by HCM 158 - Food Prep 2 Lab .
